Any repairs that are requested by the renters that need to be done will be addressed immediately - within 24 hours. If it is an emergency it will be addressed the same day. Owners will be notified of repairs/maintenance simultaneously as it is requested. A contractor will be sent out to complete repairs once the quote and cost is approved by the homeowner. Management company will help facilitate everything and bills will be sent to the homeowners to pay once complete.
